CENTRE HOURS
The Okanagan Fire Recovery Centre at 520
Bernard Avenue is offering extended hours to help those impacted by the Okanagan
Mountain Park forest fire. As of Thursday September 4th the Centre will be open
between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday. (The Centre had previously
announced hours of operation between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.)
All recovery matters will be handled from this one central location. Three phone
lines are installed and staff will be available to answer the queries of
affected residents. Any concerns that require further investigation will be
registered and referred to the correct resource to ensure an answer is provided
in a timely manner.
RBC Royal Bank has generously provided the City of Kelowna with office space for
the Recovery Centre adjacent to their former downtown branch.
Services in the Okanagan Fire Recovery Centre will include:

• Sewer connection and septic tank permit information
